Share your minutes

You can email finished minutes to participants or issue a link to share them. This page explains the two ways to share and how the sharing scopes differ.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Open a meeting note and choose Share to share it in either of two ways.

  • Send by email: specify recipient email addresses and send the minutes body as is.

  • Issue a link: generate a URL so recipients can view it in a browser.

For link sharing, choose who can view from two scopes.

  • Only specified people: viewing requires signing in with email verification. Best for minutes you do not want outside your organization.

  • Anyone with the link: forwarded links also work. Best for internal sharing or sharing with external partners.

Sending email requires signing in. Recipients cannot be added twice, and an invalid email format returns an error.

When the minutes are ready, a prompt asks whether you want to share them with participants. Check the recipients and send.

  1. Open the meeting note and choose Share.
  2. Enter a recipient email address and add it. Repeat to add more recipients.
  3. Review the subject and body preview, and edit the minutes if needed.
  4. Press Send to email the addresses you entered.

To share via URL, choose the sharing scope first, then issue the link. Copy the issued link and paste it into chat or email.

  1. Open the meeting note and choose Share.
  2. Under Sharing scope, choose Only specified people or Anyone with the link.
  3. Press Issue link, then Copy link to copy the URL.
  4. Recipients open the URL in a browser to view it.

Minutes recorded in Local mode cannot be shared because they are never sent off the device. Use them on-device.

The sharing features require signing in. If you are not signed in, sign in from the settings screen.
