Privacy mode
Section titled “Privacy mode”A mode that automatically blurs personal information when you share screenshots. Switch it under Settings > Other.
When enabled, elements containing personal information or meeting content are blurred: people names, contacts, event and meeting titles, transcripts, minutes, tasks, notes, attachments, and more. Useful for sharing screenshots and demos.
Usage analytics
Section titled “Usage analytics”Choose whether to send anonymous usage events. It is off by default.
When enabled, it sends minimal events such as app launch and screen views. It does not send meeting content, transcript text, titles, participant names, URLs, local paths, or API keys.
Help improve meeting detection
Section titled “Help improve meeting detection”A setting that sends window information during meetings to help improve detection accuracy. It is optional and off by default.
Turning it on improves detection accuracy for supported apps. The data is used only to improve detection. See the privacy policy for details.
How your data is handled
Section titled “How your data is handled”If you do not want conversation data to leave your device, set the processing mode to Local and the cloud-sending features stop together.
Combined with Local mode, choosing on-device transcription and AI keeps meeting content on your device.
