Apps watched for calls

Reki note notifies you with “Meeting detected” and offers to record when a registered app starts using the microphone. Adjust the watched apps under Settings > Other > Apps watched for calls.

When a registered app starts using the microphone, Reki note shows a notification offering to record.

You can add any app in addition to the defaults. Added apps can be removed at any time with “Remove from watch list”.

“Reset to default” returns the watched-app list to its initial state. All added apps are removed.

  1. Open Settings > Other > Apps watched for calls.
  2. Register the apps you want to watch from “Add app”.
  3. Remove apps you no longer need with “Remove from watch list”.

On macOS, apps are identified from microphone usage and similar signals.

On Windows, detection uses process names. Adding custom apps is planned for a future update.

Pressing “Ignore this app” on the detection banner removes that app from watching.

Apps listed under “Ignored apps” can be returned to the watch list with “Unignore”.
