Save to the cloud and view on other devices
With cloud sync on, new transcripts and minutes are automatically saved to the cloud and can be viewed from Reki note Web or another device. This page explains the settings and what to watch out for.

What cloud sync is
Section titled “What cloud sync is”It automatically backs up the transcripts and minutes stored on your device to the cloud.
Signing in with the same account lets you view them from Reki note Web on your phone or another PC.
Cloud sync requires signing in.
Turn on sync
Section titled “Turn on sync”Turning on Auto sync in settings saves new transcripts and minutes to the cloud automatically from then on.
- Open Settings.
- Turn on Auto sync under Cloud sync.
- If needed, use Sync now to upload existing data.
- Use Open Reki note Web to view it in a browser.
How it relates to Local mode
Section titled “How it relates to Local mode”Sync is paused during Local mode. Your settings are kept, and it resumes when you return to Standard mode.
Minutes recorded in Local mode are never sent off the device and cannot be shared.
A privacy note
Section titled “A privacy note”Using cloud sync sends transcripts and minutes off your device. For meetings you do not want to send externally, consider Local mode.

Sync state and deleting cloud data
Section titled “Sync state and deleting cloud data”Each meeting note shows a state such as Synced, Pending, Not synced, or Deleted from cloud.
You can delete minutes from the cloud. Deleting does not affect the copy stored locally. Delete all cloud data clears the cloud side in one go.
