Reki note settings are split into sections by purpose. This page helps you see the overall layout and find the setting you are looking for quickly.

List of sections

The settings screen has the following sections.

• Appearance: theme color, light/dark, display size, font

• Recording and minutes: transcription language, PC audio capture, echo cancellation, saving recordings

• Notifications: notification sound, screenshot shortcut

• Work log: captured records by time range

• Calendar: Google Calendar integration, calendar selection, iCal import

• Other: startup settings, app reload and restart, replay onboarding

• Plan and account: plan and usage, billing, email notifications, account deletion

• AI: processing mode, AI models, API keys, free quota, prompts, transcription

• Plugins: Obsidian export, MCP server, agent skill

• Referral and student: invite code, student verification

• Contact: feature requests, bug reports, questions

Finding settings by purpose

Items about which AI to use and API keys are under AI.

Look under Appearance for look and display size, and under Calendar for calendar items.

Use Contact to send a request or ask a question.

If saving a setting fails, or it says permissions are missing, send the details through Contact.

If a section does not appear

Some sections and tabs are provided as beta features.

In that case, turn the feature on under Developer mode. See the Developer mode and beta features article for details.
