- Enter a preset name and the instruction used at generation time (structure and points to emphasize).
- Saving adds it to the list.
Default and visibility
Section titled “Default and visibility”Notes with visibility on can be chosen from “Regenerate minutes” on the session detail screen. The default note is created automatically when transcription finishes.
A preset set as default cannot be hidden. You must keep at least one preset visible.
Adjust the system prompt
Section titled “Adjust the system prompt”You can also change the system prompt that underlies minutes generation. Leaving it blank uses the default. If unsure, do not change it; adjust with the style selection first.
Auto-retry and automatic task generation
Section titled “Auto-retry and automatic task generation”-
Auto-retry unfinished minutes every 30 minutes: retries every 30 minutes while minutes are unfinished, and notifies only when they are done.
-
Generate tasks automatically: after minutes are generated, a separate AI step extracts tasks and updates the task list.
