What session details lets you do
Section titled “What session details lets you do”Session details is split into the Transcript and Minutes tabs.
The session status is shown with badges (transcribed, diarized, minutes done, audio retained, and so on). Hover a badge to see what it means.
While recording or transcribing, the status is shown, and the content is reflected once it finishes.
Edit the minutes
Section titled “Edit the minutes”You can edit the minutes in place, using formatting such as bold, italic, headings, bullet lists, numbered lists, quotes, and code.
Use Search in minutes to find text and move between matches.
For misrecognized names or spellings, use Replace to replace the matching text in the minutes all at once.
Ask AI to revise
Section titled “Ask AI to revise”With Ask AI to revise, describe what you want fixed, and it updates only the minutes while referencing the minutes and transcript.
For example: “Unify the participant name spellings and make the decisions a little more concise.”
This action consumes one AI credit (the screen shows whether you have credits).
Attach related files
Section titled “Attach related files”You can attach related files such as images, videos, and PDFs to the minutes.
Attached files can be previewed and are included in exports.
Export and copy
Section titled “Export and copy”You can copy the minutes as text, copy with formatting, or download as .txt or .md.
If the audio file is still available, you can export the audio as well.
Trim the recording or delete only the audio
Section titled “Trim the recording or delete only the audio”If there is unnecessary audio before or after the meeting, you can trim the recording.
You can also delete just the audio file while keeping the transcript and minutes.
