App management under Settings > Other is what you use when a setting does not seem to apply or the screen looks wrong. This page explains what each action does.

Try this first

Most settings apply immediately, but OS permissions and some settings need a restart to take effect.

For a minor glitch, reload the window. To be sure a change applies, restart the app.

1. Open Settings > Other > App management.
2. If the screen looks wrong, press Reload window.
3. To be sure settings apply, press Restart app. This interrupts recording, so stop recording first.

Clear the cache

Clears the settings cache and restarts the app. This is a last resort when settings fail to load correctly.

Recording data, transcripts, and minutes are not deleted, so it is safe to run.

Replay onboarding

Shows the initial onboarding from the beginning so you can review the walkthrough.

Useful when you want to find where a setting lives or retrace the initial setup flow.
