Notes let you keep summaries of AI conversations and things to remember as Markdown. This page explains creating and organizing notes and the storage differences.

What Notes can do
Section titled “What Notes can do”Notes are memos whose body you write in Markdown. You can organize summaries of AI conversations or key points pulled from minutes.
Notes are managed separately from meetings and can be found by search and filtering.
Create a note
Section titled “Create a note”Create a new note from the notes list and write a title and body.
- Open Notes.
- Press New note.
- Enter a title and a Markdown body.
- When the save state reads Saved, it is stored.
Choose a storage location: local or cloud
Section titled “Choose a storage location: local or cloud”Notes let you choose where to save. Use them according to your needs.

Local only: saved only on this device and not shared with AI.

Cloud: synced with other devices and available to AI.
Find and sort notes
Section titled “Find and sort notes”The notes list can be searched by title or body. Sort by Newest update, Oldest update, or Title.
You can also filter by update date. Opening a note lets you search within its body.
Delete a note
Section titled “Delete a note”You can delete notes you no longer need. Deleting cannot be undone, so be careful.
